We are delighted to announce the launch of our new daytime Pole dance class starting on Tuesday 24th November 10-11am.
This class will be mixed level so perfect for brand new beginners or anyone who has done it before and wants some extra practice!!
We will be doing spins, inverts, routine and strength
Pole dancing is a unique way to exercise and our students don’t feel like they are in an fitness class!!
Workouts are never boring but more importantly they provide a whole body approach combining, strength, co-ordination, cardiovascular work and a massive boost to confidence.
It’s £10 a class and needs to be paid in advance to book a place as we limit numbers to make sure you all get loads of time on the pole.
